   Hello friends,

     Today ı am going to talk about kickboxing, one of the martial arts. My main branch is kickboxing, ı been doing for five years. I am also interested in other branches. 
       
    

There are seven different categories in kickbox;

POINT FIGHTING

LIGHT CONTACT

FULL CONTACT

LOW KICK

K1 RULES

KICK LIGHT

MUSIC FORM

My favorite categories are kıck light and full contact because my coach sees me as successful in these branches. In my opinion they are most fun.  every branch has its own rules.For example,  hitting below the waist is forbidden in full contact and it is mandatory to kick six. We don't get six kicks, we're disqualified.

It's not well known, but in martial arts there is a sports belt.
Sports belt for kickboxing;
a) 7th degree White Belt, b) 6th degree Yellow Belt, c) 5th degree Green Belt, ç) 4th degree Blue Belt, d) 3rd degree Orange Belt, e) 2nd degree Light Brown , f) 1st degree Dark Brown Belt.
I have all the sports belt.I got my assistant coaching certificate after the belts.That's all for now.
